What We Collect

• Your in-game username and account activity
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Your IP address and basic device information, used for security and ban evasion checks
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider, which never include full card details

Why We Collect It

To run your account, deliver purchases, prevent cheating and multi-account abuse, and answer support requests. Nothing more.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Third Parties

Some services necessarily see limited data: our host, our payment provider, and Discord if you join our server. Each has its own privacy policy.

Retention

Account and moderation records are kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that bans cannot be evaded by deleting an account.

Your Choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of your account. Open a ticket in Discord. Some records tied to bans or payment history may be retained where we are required to.

Children

Rune Haven is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
