1. Acceptance

By accessing rune-havenps.com or playing Rune Haven, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the game.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, your password and everything done on it. Do not share your login. Accounts are not transferable and may not be sold or traded.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, with or without notice.

3. Fair Play

The following will get your account removed:

• Botting, macroing or any third-party automation
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them
• Real-world trading of in-game items or accounts
• Harassment, hate speech or threats toward other players
• Attempting to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to our services

4. Purchases

Any purchase supports server costs and grants in-game benefits only. You are buying a licence to use a feature, not ownership of anything.

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Content and Conduct

Anything you post on our site, forum or Discord remains your responsibility. We may remove content and revoke access at our discretion.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we may reset, wipe, change or discontinue any part of the game at any time.

We are not liable for lost items, lost progress or downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

Rune Haven is a fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Ltd. RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. All Jagex intellectual property remains theirs.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated version.
